This involves the familiar single port systems from minimally invasive surgery being applied transanally (Transanal Minimally Invasive Surgery – TAMIS). We have therefore developed the new “KeyPort flex” system on the basis of the familiar “KeyPort” single port system. This enables us to supply a cost-effective and simple solution for transanal single port surgery, as well as for laparoscopic, colorectal single port surgery.
